Remote. I scale to the problem: some of these need two days a week, some need all of them. It runs for as long as the problem takes, not for a fixed number of weeks, because nobody knows at the start how long it takes.

What it costs depends on how much of the week the problem takes, and nobody knows that at the start. So the first step has a fixed price: one week, $2,500, ending in a written scope, a plan, and a fixed quote for the build. You keep all of it whether or not you hire me for the build.

I was the sole early developer of Melee.gg, built it into a global esports platform, and ran it for six years as EVP of Product. Today I am Co-Founder and CTO of NILmetrics and volunteer technical lead on the PostSecret archive, working directly with its founder. I also founded Duly, a civic platform that is no longer active.
I do the work myself. Contracting runs through Mythic Works LLC.
